BEST PŁ has been active at the Lodz University of Technology since 1998. During this time, we bring together hundreds of ambitious, world-curious students who are not afraid of new challenges.
Empowered diversity is our Vision! We understand and respect all different cultures trying to learn from each other. We believe that the multiculturalism of the group helps us get the full potential of the students.
We strive to achieve it through our Mission: Developing students!
By that, we understand developing the ability to work in culturally diverse environments. Individual development - supporting the activities of students so that they can use their full potential.
Through the organization of our projects (not only local but also international), we have the opportunity to develop in the field of human resources management, logistics, marketing, and fundraising. However, we still remember that we are students, so we also devote time to getting to know people and cultures not only from other local groups in Poland but also through Europe.
All of this is reflected in our five values:

In each project that we organize, we are trying to connect three environments: student, academic, and companies.
